Aman looks after our marketing. He also makes sure our dreams are big enough. Prior to WorkplaceDynamics he was a senior manager with McKinsey & Co. When he is not working you will usually find him eating something.

CEO

As CEO, Doug looks after our newspaper partners. He also looks after all of us. Doug previously headed up business development for a number of companies and was a manager at McKinsey & Co. When he is not working, he is usually considering mountain biking.

Head of Client Services

Jaime heads up our client services department. She makes sure we provide our clients with the best solutions for them. Jaime has 8 years of experience running client services teams. Outside of work you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband and puppy.

Head of Development

Rick is responsible for the development of all our genius survey applications. He also provides the testing ground for all our ideas. Rick has headed up development for a number of companies. When he is not working Rick loves to code something else.

Head of Operations

Al keeps the cogs in the business turning and is kept busy trying to implement Aman’s dreams. He used to work at Triumph Motorcycles and McKinsey & Company. In his spare time he loves playing sport and sleeping.

Elisabeth Geers

Head of Support

Elisabeth heads up our support department. Her team speaks with clients about the Top Workplaces program and manages them through the survey process. She loves spending time with the family and doing arts and crafts.
