So we set about revolutionizing the market. Fewer questions; outstanding benchmarks; brilliant online tools; easy to understand PowerPoint reports; and recognition for great workplaces are a few of our innovations.

Alongside this focus on innovation, we are deeply committed to serving our customers, our colleagues and the community. In 2007 WorkplaceDynamics became a founding B Corporation. We believe in the B corporation vision to use the power of business to create public benefit. We chose to do something that wasn't about creating wealth, but about having a more valuable impact on our customers, employees, and the communities we work in.
