As part of this, we wanted to make sure that companies that were creating great workplaces were recognized. So we set up Top Workplaces programs across the country in partnership with leading regional publishers.
In 2012, we worked with 5,000 organizations, invited 1.7 million people to participate in our surveys and handled the responses and ideas of a million employees. Read more about our thinking.
