We’ve come a long way in five years. Here are some major events since we started:

• April 2006

  WorkplaceDynamics is founded by Aman Grewal and Doug Claffey.

  

• May 2006

  We run our first employee survey for Amey PLC in the UK.

  

• October 2006

  Al Taylor is hired to run operations.

  

• November 2006

  We launch our first Top Workplaces list in association with the Delaware News Journal.

  

• June 2007

  Rick Joi joins the team to head up software development.

  

• July 2007

  The News Journal publishes “Best in the Business 2007”

  

• February 2008

  ’Survey Tracker’ launches to make the survey process easy for clients.

  

• October 2008

  The Detroit Free Press and The Boston Globe publish ‘Top Workplaces’ lists.

  

• July 2009

  We survey our 1000th client.

  

• January 2010

  We confirm 19 major publishing partners for the Top Workplaces Program.

  

• December 2010

  In 2010 alone we surveyed approx. 3,000 organizations and 700,000 employees
