Once they got the results, they were happy to be named a Top Workplace by their employees. The results also revealed that there were additional opportunities for better communication and more management development. They added a layer of management training, and established a "voice committee" and "voice boxes" to enable employees to voice their opinion about what's going on in the company and in different departments.

As a result of the action items completed, Dansko was very successful in achieving their goals of manager development training. By being transparent, they created more avenues for communication with their employees.
