ING Direct

ING DIRECT has worked with us since 2007. Though ING DIRECT measures employee engagement in multiple ways, they built their engagement initiative around the WorkplaceDynamics survey due to the actionability of the survey questions and the online results tool's depth of information and ease of navigation.
In addition, we worked with ING DIRECT during the merger of ShareBuilder in the US. We carried out engagement surveys of ING DIRECT and ShareBuilder prior to the merger, then followed up with a combined survey 6 months afterwards. ING DIRECT tracked both engagement levels and understanding of company values through the merger process.

Eastern Bank had participated in workplace surveys before. In 2006, they conducted their own survey, doing all of the administrative work themselves.
