We investigated the relationships between engagement and staff retention by department.

We put the results from this on to the results tool. We also made available 200 department reports so that managers could get personalised feedback.

We worked with ING Direct during the merger of ShareBuilder in the US.

We carried out engagement surveys of ING Direct and sharebuilder prior to the merger, then followed up with a combined survey 6 months after the merger.
