At WorkplaceDynamics we use surveys that are short, concise and focussed. Our aim is to encourage high response rates and thoughtful answers by asking fewer, better questions. We have spent the last 3 years thoroughly testing and revising the questions we ask based upon the hundreds of thousands of surveys we have received.
