Exit Survey Questions

Our exit survey is designed to find out why people are really leaving. It dovetails perfectly with our candidate and engagement surveys, so you can see how perceptions of your company have evolved. The survey covers both reasons for leaving and perception of your organization as an employer.

Here are some sample questions from the survey:

Demographics:

• How long have you worked for this organization?
• What was your role?
• What is your gender?
• Which ethnic group do you belong to?

Reasons for Leaving:

• Working hours
• Pay and benefits
• Manager relationship
• Team relationship
• The commute
• The work itself

Perception Statements:

• The organization rewards high performers.
• I got the formal training I wanted for my career.
• I had many opportunities to learn and grow at this organization.
• If Sample had offered me an alternative position I would have stayed
