Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms relate to participation in the popcorn promotion for the Top Workplaces program.

The promotion is being run by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP of Exton PA.
The first individual to have nominated each company that is listed on the regional Top Workplaces list is eligible for a prize.
The prize is a two gallon tin of Garrett's The Chicago Mix popcorn.
There is no cash alternative to the prize.
Prizes will be delivered to the nominator's company address.
All nominations must be made by the publisher's nomination deadline in order to be eligible.

1. To enter

To register for the promotion, go to http://www.topworkplaces.com/nominate and nominate your employer for a participating prize region to be eligible to win a tin of popcorn. Employees of WorkplaceDynamics are not eligible to enter. Only one nomination per person is permitted. Nominations that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. WorkplaceDynamics is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for mailings that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or postage due. Registrations must be entered before the nominations deadline communicated by the publisher. Entrants must provide their name and email address to be eligible.

2. Selection of winner and eligibility

Winners will be the first individual to nominate each company listed on the regional Top Workplaces 2011 list. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited. Once the winner’s eligibility is established, WorkplaceDynamics will send the prize to the work address of the winner. WorkplaceDynamics accepts no liability for prizes lost in transit.

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, eighteen years of age and older as of January 1, 2011, but not wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations. Employees of WorkplaceDynamics and its publishing partners are not eligible to win.

3. The prizes

The Prizes are 2 gallon tins of popcorn. WorkplaceDynamics accepts no responsibility for prizes lost in transit. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

4. Disclaimer

Winner assumes all liability for any injury (except in the case of negligence in which case the negligent party may be liable) or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release WorkplaceDynamics, its respective officers, directors, and employees, from any such liability. WorkplaceDynamics and its agents assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other persons computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this promotion. WorkplaceDynamics and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

5. Additional rules

Nominators agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of WorkplaceDynamics, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the promotion. WorkplaceDynamics reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
