If you would like our help in delivering real improvements, select our 'Survey & Improve' package. This is what we do:

  1. Analyze the survey, and identify the areas to celebrate and issues to address. Pull together the findings into a brief summary for presentation to senior leaders, which combines benchmarked charts, comments from employees and next steps. Click here to see an example of our Expert Support Report.
  2. Present Expert Support Report to your HR Director and/or company leader.
  3. Hold a workshop with senior leaders. Make it clear the improvement effort needs their time and support. We recommend that a senior leader is appointed to champion the project.
  4. Provide tangible next steps and a schedule for the target initiatives. Provide support to the project champion on how he/she can hold colleagues accountable for the initiatives.
