- Present Expert Support Report to your HR Director and/or company leader.
- Hold a workshop with senior leaders. Make it clear the improvement effort needs their time and support. We recommend that a senior leader is appointed to champion the project.
- Provide tangible next steps and a schedule for the target initiatives. Provide support to the project champion on how he/she can hold colleagues accountable for the initiatives.
