In November 2010 the Boston Globe will recognize the leading workplaces in Massachusetts. The very best organizations will be evaluated purely on the responses to an employee survey.

There is no cost to participate in the program, apart from a processing fee if you require surveys in paper format.

All participating companies receive a complimentary summary results document highlighting the best and lowest performing areas of your workplace, benchmarked against the Top Workplaces in Massachusetts. Further, detailed results packages are also available to purchase.

Registration:

The deadline for Massachusetts companies to register for Top Places to Work 2010 is: 7th July

Employee Surveys & Organization Questionnaire:

Workplace Dynamics will distribute online and paper surveys. Each survey takes five minutes to complete. Your company will be asked to complete a short questionnaire on employee benefits, workplace strengths and interesting facts.

The Results:

You will be contacted by the end of August to be told if you are a Top Workplace. Employers will be evaluated solely on the basis of their employee survey responses.

Publication:

"Top Places to Work 2010" will be published by the Boston Globe in November 2010.
