In March 2011 the St. Petersburg Times will recognize the leading workplaces in the Tampa Bay Area. The very best organizations will be evaluated purely on the responses to an employee survey.
There is no cost to participate in the program, apart from a processing fee if you require surveys in paper format.
In tough economic times, there is a competitive advantage to maintaining a Top Workplace. Companies that are listed in the “St. Petersburg Times Top Workplaces” will receive tremendous recognition from peers in the business community as well as the general public
All participating companies receive a complimentary summary results document highlighting the best and lowest performing areas of your workplace, benchmarked against the Top Workplaces in the Tampa Bay Area. Further, detailed results packages are also available to purchase.
The deadline for the Tampa Bay Area companies to register for Top Workplaces 2011 is: October 30th 2010
Workplace Dynamics will distribute online and paper surveys. Each survey takes five minutes to complete. Your company will be asked to complete a short questionnaire on employee benefits, workplace strengths and interesting facts.
You will be contacted by the end of January to be told if you are a Top Workplace. Employers will be evaluated solely on the basis of their employee survey responses.
"Top Workplaces 2011" will be published by the St. Petersburg Times in March 2011.
